As the holidays approach and life feels fuller than ever, we’re creating space for you to reconnect with yourself—right from the comfort of your home. For the next two Sundays, we’re bringing our beloved yoga practice online, so you can find calm, clarity, and community wherever you are.

When: Sunday, December 22 & Sunday, December 29

Time: 6 PM EST

Where: Zoom

Offering: Donation-based (give what feels aligned with your heart)
