Our herbs are USDA certified organic or wild harvested from our supplier at Mountain Rose Herbs.

These herbs can be added to your favorite tea or combined with other herbs as desired.

Herbs are not blended and ARE sold as loose leaf tea to allow anyone curious to become comfortable with incorporating new herbs into their plant or self care ritual.  

Mullein leaf is our favorite flower and is used in all of our tea blends as it's claimed to to provide ease to the sacred breath that gives us our human experience.

Damiana, native to Mexico, has been by indigenous cultures as aphrodisiac and to reduce stress induced fatigue.

Mugwort may assist with falling asleep and remembering dreams.

Peppermint may assist with focus and increase blood flow.  Peppermint is an astringent herb and should be used very sparingly when blended with other herbs. 

Rose petals contain a terpene geraniol which is know to be anti-inflammatory, activate the heart chakra, and encourage self love.

Lavender is a relaxing herb containing the terpene linalool which may allow individuals to lift their mood and offer insomnia support. Lavender is an astringent herb and should be used sparingly and be blended with other supportive herbs or diluted.
